Graphic design

The visual identity was built around the hotel’s two defining qualities: its location in the heart of Athens and its promise of elegance, comfort, and simplicity. A deep charcoal base anchors the palette — authoritative and refined, in keeping with a 4-star boutique property — lifted by warm champagne and antique gold accents that evoke the classical heritage of the city without tipping into pastiche. The overall tone sits between contemporary hospitality design and Athenian grandeur.

Typography is clean and modern throughout — a geometric sans-serif for navigation and UI elements, a more editorial face for hero headings and section titles — creating a visual register that feels appropriate to a boutique hotel audience: cosmopolitan, discerning, and expecting quality at every touchpoint. The logo carries dual versions for light and dark surface use, applied consistently across the site, print collateral, and the property’s affiliated Royalty Hotels & Suites group identity.

Room photography was treated with consistent warmth and generous framing — wide shots of suites to communicate space, close detail shots for premium bedding and amenities. The Royal Roof bar section received its own atmospheric visual treatment: rooftop lifestyle imagery at golden hour with the Acropolis in the background, designed to function as both a bar marketing page and a destination piece that drives direct bookings. The Branco Massage & Spa section uses softer, wellness-coded tones — diffused light, texture, calm — carefully differentiated from the hotel’s main visual language while remaining within the same design system.
